Candidate and administrator sessions
The PHP application uses essential HTTP-only session cookies to keep candidate and administrator sessions separate and protect forms. Candidate sessions time out after two hours of inactivity; admin sessions after 30 minutes of inactivity or eight hours in total. Browser-session cookies end when the browser clears its session cookies.
Demonstration storage
In the hosted preview, profile details, saved roles and sample applications use local storage; uploaded demonstration files use IndexedDB. A session-storage flag opens the demo workspace. This is a demonstration, not password authentication. Clear data from Careers → Account & security.
Fonts, images and analytics
This release serves its fonts and images from the website itself. It does not include analytics or advertising trackers. If the operator adds tracking or third-party integrations, the notice and consent controls should reflect those changes.
