Your candidate account
On the PHP/MySQL site, your account details, profile, saved jobs, uploaded documents and applications are stored on the website operator’s hosting. Passwords are stored as hashes. Authorised administrators can review submitted applications and their attached documents.
Applications and updates
Submitting an application creates a snapshot of your profile and selected resume. Later profile edits do not change that submission. Status updates, interview details and offers appear in your candidate workspace. Password recovery uses an emailed, time-limited code.
Contact enquiries
The contact form records the name, email, optional contact details and message you provide so the website operator can respond. Authorised administrators can access these enquiries.
Managing your information
You can edit your profile, remove documents from your library and withdraw eligible applications. An attachment already submitted with an application is retained with that record. Use the contact page for access, correction or deletion requests; removing a document from your library is not the same as deleting its application record.
Hosted preview
The demonstration uses browser-local data instead of server accounts. Use sample information only. Clear the demonstration data in Careers → Account & security. The demo contact form downloads a text file and sends nothing.
Operator policy
The deploying business must provide its legal identity, privacy contact, retention periods and any additional applicable privacy information before collecting real personal data. This page describes the application’s technical behaviour; it does not specify the business’s complete privacy policy.
